Uses:
- Add a few drops to water to take internally
- Rub on the belly before flying or going on a road trip for a calming aroma
- Take Happy Belly internally while traveling or trying new foods to soothe occasional stomach upset
- Add to tea or water to maintain a healthy gastrointestinal tract
Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Use two to three drops in the diffuser of your choice
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fl. oz. of liquid
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity

Ingredients:
Anethole: Natural anti-fungal and antimicrobial
Tarragon Essential Oil (Artemisia Dracunculus): Used for antipyretic and antifebrile effects as well as its ability to ‘clear the upper respiratory tract of phlegm and facilitate respiration
Carum Carvi Fruit Oil: The strong aromatic and stimulant herb calm spasms of the gastric tract and uterus. Can also be to relieve respiratory complaints as an expectorant.
Copaifera Reticulata Balsam Oil: Internal uses are a diuretic, expectorant, and antimicrobial agent inflammatory
Coriandrum Sativum Fruit Oil: Used to treat digestive and gastric complaints, smallpox, nausea, anemia, fevers, measles, colds and hernias.
Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare) Oil: Used as an antiseptic, Fennel can help reduce and possibly eliminate gut spasms, helps prevent gas and bloating, has detoxifying, and purifying effects as an expectorant.
Aniseed Oil (Illicium Verum Fruit/Seed): An antispasmodic to help reduce pain in the stomach
Peppermint Oil (Mentha Piperita): Very helpful in digestion as it has a carminative property of expelling gas (from intestines or the stomach to relieve flatulence or abdominal pain or distension).
Menthol: An organic compound made synthetically provides a cooling effect.
Ginger (Zingiber Officinale Root Oil): A long-used remedy for indigestion, stomach ache, dyspepsia, colic, spasms, diarrhea, flatulence, and other stomach and bowel related problems.
