Uses as an Essential Oil

Lime essential oil can be applied in different forms:

• In vapor therapy: to promote the healing of the throat and to support sinus decongestion
• Aromatic bath: help soothe the digestive system and enhance muscle and joint health

Directions for Use

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice
• Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity
