When will my order ship?
- Expedited orders placed before 10:00 am EST Time ship the same business day.
- Expedited orders placed after 10:00 am EST Time ship the following business day.
- All other shipping methods ship no later than the next business day.

- Delivery times are based off of when the order will ship.

To return a product for a refund or exchange, please refer to the following procedures:
- Contact Member Services via phone, email, or chat to receive approval
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- List name and order ID on the outside of the return shipment
- Include original order number or a copy of the invoice inside return shipment
- Include a note indicating if you would like a refund, product credit, or exchange
- For an exchange, please also list the items you would like to exchange for
- Return the package in a way that is able to be tracked (recommended)
- Products that are considered seasonal, discontinued, limited-time offers (LTO), or special promotions are not subject to the Return Policy.
- Products purchased as part of a kit or package must be returned in its entirety.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the member.
